This policy explains what Hubrig Crew Marketing LLC, operating as Keelson Intelligence ("HCM", "we", "us"), collects through this website and through the Keelson service, how we use and share it, and what choices you have. It is a draft and will be reviewed by counsel before it is final.
What we collect on this website
The contact form collects the name, work email, company and message you choose to send. The site uses Google Analytics to measure visits, which sets analytics cookies; it sets no advertising cookies.
What the service collects
When a dealership uses Keelson, the service processes the inbound leads that dealership receives and the conversations that follow: contact details, the boat being discussed, the buyer's stated needs and budget, appointments and the outcome, along with inventory, pricing and usage data. Each dealership's working data is kept separate from every other dealership's inside the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the service, to arrange the demos and support you ask for, and to understand how the service is used. HCM may also use information collected through the website and the service for any lawful purpose it deems appropriate, including its own marketing and the marketing of its products and partners, the development of data products such as market, pricing and valuation information, and licensing or resale to third parties, in identified, aggregated or de-identified form.
Text messaging
Messages are sent only to people who have asked a dealership about a boat or otherwise agreed to be contacted. Mobile telephone numbers and consent to receive text messages are used only to deliver the service and are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for those parties' own marketing. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with the conversation.
Sharing
We share information with the providers needed to run the service (hosting, messaging and email delivery, analytics, calendar connections the dealership has authorised), with affiliates and partners for the purposes described above, with purchasers or licensees of data products, as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business, and when the law requires it. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are excluded from any sale or sharing for third-party marketing.
Your choices
Where the law of your state gives you the right to access, correct or delete personal information, or to opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising, you can exercise that right by writing to us through the contact page. We will verify the request and respond within the time the law allows. People who have corresponded with a dealership through Keelson can also ask that dealership directly.
Retention
Dealerships can export their conversation data at any time. We keep information for as long as it is useful for the purposes above or required by law, and may keep aggregated or de-identified information indefinitely.
Governing law and disputes
This policy and any dispute arising out of or relating to it are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Tennessee have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
